What is New Origin?
New Origin is an independent game studio, established 2024, that designs, builds, and operates its own games — three live arcade titles, two play-to-earn worlds in development, the Guardians Command Center arcade on Base, and Vice Drip, its FiveM / GTA roleplay label.
What is Vice Drip?
Vice Drip is New Origin's FiveM / GTA roleplay label — premium GTA RP systems for Grand Theft Auto V servers, with cinematic art, clean UI, and server-grade proof. It's a separate brand with its own site at vicedrip.com.
Will Grand Theft Auto VI support mods?
Rockstar Games has not published an official modding policy for Grand Theft Auto VI. Vice Drip builds premium GTA roleplay systems today and is preparing for the next era; its final scope follows whatever Rockstar officially permits. Are New Origin's games on the blockchain?
About half our worlds run on-chain. All of them run on craft. The on-chain side is built around Base, Coinbase's Ethereum L2 — the Guardians collection, the Command Center arcade, and the coming play-to-earn economies. The rest is pure game.
What is the Guardians collection?
The Guardians are a 3,732-piece collection, minted out December 2025, organized into four factions. They are the roster behind Creature Command and the identity layer of the Command Center — the crew the flag flies for.
Which New Origin games can I play right now?
Three: Asteroid Miner+ (high-risk space mining), Retro Defender (arcade defense with a synth SFX engine), and Creature Command (tactical roster battles drawn from the Guardians). All three are free to play in the Guardians Command Center.
Do I need cryptocurrency to play New Origin games?
No. The three live games — Asteroid Miner+, Retro Defender, and Creature Command — are free to play in the Command Center with no wallet and no purchase. Play-to-earn mechanics arrive with the in-development worlds and stay optional where possible.
What is FiveM?
FiveM is a community-built multiplayer modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V, best known for roleplay (GTA RP) servers with custom scripts, vehicles, and maps. It's the world New Origin's Vice Drip label builds premium systems for.
When does MARS release?
MARS targets a 2027 window, built in Unreal Engine. It is in development now — this site marks all MARS media as CONCEPT until in-engine footage is real. The waitlist on the Signal gets the launch transmission first.
