The worlds and this site are provided as-is and as-available while in active development, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Don't abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the services; don't misrepresent the studio; don't lift the art without the credit lines this site puts on every plate. Access may be suspended for violations. Governing law and venue publish with the counsel-reviewed terms.

The full policy will state exactly what is collected and why. Until it publishes, the practice on this site is simple: the only thing we ask for is an email address, and only if you opt into the Signal.

Launches only — no spam. Unsubscribe works the moment we ship the first transmission to your address. No non-essential trackers run on this site today.

The worlds are competitive; the community doesn't have to be cruel. Play hard, keep it clean, and leave the table better than you found it. Cheating, harassment, and exploitation of other players are enforcement matters, not debates. The full code publishes alongside the terms.

Digital assets are volatile and can lose part or all of their value. Where New Origin worlds offer play-to-earn mechanics — including MARS expedition earnings designed to pay out in Bitcoin and Ethereum — earnings are never guaranteed, past activity never promises future results, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for your own wallet security, private keys, network fees, and the tax treatment of anything you earn, in your own jurisdiction. Digital-asset regulation is evolving; features may be modified, limited, or withdrawn by region to comply with law. Play-to-earn participation is 18+ (or higher where local law requires) and unavailable where prohibited.

Free play never requires a wallet, a purchase, or any digital asset.

Where a world offers wagers on live play — Race-to-Base is designed around them — wagers run only where lawful, only 18+ (or higher where local law requires), and are void where prohibited. Geographic availability, limits, and verification requirements publish with the counsel-reviewed rules before any wagering feature goes live.

Set limits. Play for the race, not the rescue. If play stops being fun, local support resources are listed in every region where wagering operates.

In-development titles, dates, and features — including any payout mechanics — are development targets, not promises, and may change or be cancelled. That covers MARS (2027 window, BTC/ETH earnings design) and Race-to-Base. This site marks all such media CONCEPT and all such titles in-development; make no purchase or play decision in reliance on a target.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Origin's liability for any claim arising from the site or the worlds is limited, and indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded. Users agree to indemnify the studio against claims arising from their own misuse of the services. The counsel-reviewed terms will state the precise cap, carve-outs required by law, and dispute process.
